Teo was brave enough to change her mind after my words and decided to get on board. A few days later, I had a meeting with Teo and her English teacher at a Romanian local school.

We discussed about the effectiveness of the column system and targeting age. This skill is applicable to all ages, but unless the students are in need of the skill and will utilize the skill set we share, it would be useless to teach them. In Teo’s school, there are students who are preparing for the Cambridge exam which requires reading comprehension and analytic skills. We agreed to share these skill sets first with those students and see how useful they turn out to be in the foreseeable future.
